The North Bay Audiology Clinic has been providing comprehensive, quality, bilingual hearing health care services to the North Bay and area for over 28 years.

JudyThe clinic is owned and operated by Judy Davidson-Bertrand BSc. (C.D.), MSc. CCC-A, AUD(C), Reg. CASLPO. Mrs. Davidson-Bertrand is a native of the area. She holds a Masters of Science degree in Audiology from Dalhousie University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Western Ontario. She is a registered member of the College of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists of Ontario.

Prior to establishing her practice in North Bay she worked in the audiology department of the Ottawa General Hospital. She has acquired extensive diagnostic experience in evaluating and fitting individuals of all ages. Over the years she has also demonstrated a strong commitment to providing the highest quality hearing health care to her clients.

She attributes the excellent reputation of the clinic to the expertise, dedication and extensive combined experience of her strong hearing health care team. It is comprised of a unique combination of audiologists, hearing instrument dispensers, technical assistants, administrative assistants and office manager to meet the individual needs of our clients.

Catherine E. Payne - Audiologist
Cathy is a registered member of the College of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists and has been part of the North Bay Audiology Clinic for almost 18 years, prior to which she was a Sole Charge Audiologist in Kirkland Lake, Ontario for 2 years. She is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders, a Masters in Clinical Science in Audiology (B.Sc. (C.D.) & M.CLSc.) and Nipissing University with a Masters in Education (M.Ed.). Cathy is primarily a clinical audiologist with extensive training in the technical and programming aspects of digital amplification. She can assist with dispensing duties and is also responsible for demonstrating audiology to physician interns from the Northern Ontario School of Medicine.

Karen Fuzy - Audiologist
Karen graduated from Brock University with an Honours B.A. in 1998. She subsequently received her Masters of Science in Audiology from Wayne State University in 2000. Karen then completed her Certificate of Clinical Competence in 2001. Her training and experience allow her to provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to individuals of all ages, ranging from young children to seniors.

Gina Langis - Office Manager
Our office manager, Gina, joined our team in 2001. She brought with her several years of experience in the medical and dental fields. Her extensive experience enables her to manage the operation of the clinic in an efficient manner with patient focused care as her main priority.
